NORTHWEST REPORT
Hi guys!
I hope everyone’s had a good break, because we’re getting ready to start up again! 4-H has started in NW Ohio, so everyone needs to make sure they have their bunnies. Breed ID has begun has well on every other Sunday at the Extension Office in Wauseon, Ohio.  The practices are open to all who want to come.  We've also been practicing at the shows!  Come join us!
We missed not having the Lima show but were glad to see our friends at the Bowling Green show!  We’ve got two good shows coming up in April. There will be one on April 18 in Van Wert at the Van Wert County Fairgrounds. Registration starts at 9 am, with a Polish specialty show. There will also be a double show at the Williams County Fairgrounds in the 4-H Gillette Building on April 25, with a Netherland Dwarf specialty show. Hope to see everyone there!

SOUTHWEST REPORT

There is not much happening in South West Ohio right now. Right now most people are preparing for the upcoming spring shows that are in the area. Other than spring shows a lot of 4-H is starting up again. With 4-H starting up in most counties it is hard for some people to make it to the shows. Some people are breeding their rabbits for 4-H or for the spring and fall shows. Other than that nothing is happening in South West Ohio.

DIRECTOR AT LARGE

Spring is in the air, now rabbit shows are starting to flare. This month started out like a lamb so it’s going out like a rabbit because rabbit season is finally here. In Hardin county 4-H is gearing up.    I have been to 3 shows already in this month and am planning to attend shows the next several weekends.   Please check the ARBA and Rabbit Talk in Ohio websites for a show near you.   Also mark your calendar for the OSRBA mini convention, April 30 – May2nd.

Hope to see you at the show!
