OSRBA Entries 101

Submitting Entry Form

  • No Phone Entries!


  • Entries can be submitted via postal mail or e-mail. Check deadlines!

    • Coming Soon! We have an editable entry form. Just fill it out, save it and then e-mail it to the appropriate show secretary! Click here for the ediable pdf entry form.


    • Most pedigree programs allow you to e-mail entry forms. We accept these form but do not provide technical support.


    • You can submit your entries right in an e-mail. Click here for an example.


    • Love your show secretaries and submit your entries in like-order. Place the same breeds together, then same varities followed by like entries in class and sex.


  • Remember, OSRBA Show Rule 7! (ALL ANIMALS IN THE SHOW ROOM MUST BE ENTERED IN THE SHOW. Service animals, rabbits, and cavies are the only animals allowed in the showroom.) We do NOT supply for sale coops only. Coops are provided to animals entered into the showroom. All entries are required to be cooped when in the showroom in the designated breed areas. If you decide to not bring an animal, you cannot 'sell' your coop to another exhibitor. All animals must be entered in a national, specialty or all-breed show in order to be in the showroom.

  • All Ear Tattoo Changes after the entry deadline (4/28/17) are subject to a $2.00 fee and must be changed in the show office by published deadline. Ear Changes after entry deadline are to be done in the show office at check-in only. No changes permitted at the judging table. Ear Tattoo Changes ($2.00 each) Substitutions shall be allowed only in the same sex, class, variety, group, and breed.


Did we get your entry?

  • Mail-In Entries will receive an e-mail confirmation if an email is provided.


  • E-Mail Entries will receive an automatic email stating we received the email. If you do not get this email, then we did not receive your entry! Once your entry has been put into the show program, you will receive your check-in sheet in .pdf format. This is used as your reference so errors can be caught early. CHECK YOUR CHECK-IN SHEETS FOR ERRORS!


  • Confirmations & Show Reports are sent to the e-mail address submitting the entry. (DON’T FORGET TO CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX!)


  • PRINT & BRING A COPY OF YOUR E-MAIL ENTRY & AUTOMATIC REPLY...JUST INCASE TECHNOLOGY FAILS! YOUR COPY SHOULD INCLUDE THE DATE & TIME WHEN SENT.

 

Payment for Entries

  • Payment can be submitted in the show office BEFORE the submitted entries show.


  • You have the option to pay your entries using PayPal! After we process your e-mail entry, you will receive an email giving the option of paying for your entry before getting to the showroom. You still must check-in! Please do not submit payment before your e-mail confirmations are received! All major credit and debit cards accepted  in advance and in the Show Secretary’s Office. Personal PayPal account not needed.


  • IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SEND PAYMENT AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED ALL YOUR OSRBA ENTRY NUMBERS. THIS IS HOW WE TRACK WHERE TO APPLY THE PAYMENT. WE DON'T ACCEPT PAYMENTS FOR BREED SPONSORED SHOWS! PLEASE BE PATIENT, SHOW SECRETARIES DATA ENTER ALL ENTRIES.


Commercial Entries

  • ALL COMMERCIAL ENTRIES WILL BE MADE AT THE OMRPA BOOTH. Cash or Check ONLY.
