2017 OSRBA Mini Convention Booth Reservations
Early Reservation: April 10, 2017
Payment must be postmarked by April 10 to ensure getting a booth. After April 10, add $100.00 per booth.
A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Payments after April 10 must be a cashier’s check.
If you would like more booth frontage you will need to order additional booths (ie. 2 booths would be two front tables, 20 ‘ wide.)
8'x10'(80 sq ft) booth includes one (1) eight foot bale and two (2) chairs.
Please use all non flammable proucts in your booth, per order from the Ohio Fire Marshall
Booths can be occupied starting at noon Friday, May 5 2017
Commercial/Individual/Non-Member booths will not be permitted to sell live animals.
Extra tables must be ordered through this form. You may not bring and use your own table.

Commercial & Individual - $100.00
OSRBA Member Club - $45.00
Non- Member Club - $55.00
Extra back tables @ $20.00 (Not allowed to order more back tables than booths ordered)
