Terry Fender, Southwest Director
Hello, my name is Terry Fender. I am the Southwest Director of the Ohio State RBA. Along with this, I also serve as Youth Advisor. For the previous three years I have chaired the annual judge’s conference at the state convention in Columbus.
I grew up around rabbits. My personal involvement began in 1975 as a 4-H project, and I joined the ARBA the following year. I’ve been a member of the OSRBA for almost the entire time. Over the years I’ve raised many breeds, but Silver Martens and Californians have been in my barn since almost day one. I added Havanas in 2000 and a new barn the next year. I received my rabbit registrar’s license in 1986 and my judge’s license in 1990. I consider myself an avid exhibitor and love the competition and fun on the show table.
I welcome comments, questions, etc, regarding our club and hobby. I’ll be happy to speak with you at a show. If we don’t meet up face-to-face, I’ll be glad to respond to a phone call, letter, or email.
Enjoy yourself at the shows! That’s what it’s all about…right? |
